Kennedy School Cash Calendar Program

The Kennedy School PTO only runs one major fundraiser for the school year. This is the Cash Calendar program. We're starting the program early again this year to set the budget and try not to worry about additional fundraisers again during the school year.

Our goal is to raise $16,050 by asking each of the 535 students to sell at least 3 calendars by September 28, 2007.

Each calendar has 31 chances to win with a grand total of $3,300 in prizes. Winners are chosen on a daily basis throughout the month of October and will be notified by our Fundraising committee. Winners names are not removed from the drawing, so every day is a new chance to win again.

The winners and the student who sold the ticket will be announced every morning and then posted in the school lobby and on the calendar below. This will allow students to sell the calendar's not only to friends and family nearby, but to anyone they'd like with a great way to check on the progress.

Calendar stubs and money should be returned to the school with the students. To alleviate issues with cash, you can write a check payable to the Kennedy School PTO for the full amount of tickets sold. The stubs and money will be collected by the teachers and sent to the office.

When turning in calendars stubs, please make sure the purchaser's information and the seller's information (your child's name and room #, or teacher’s name) are clearly written on the detachable return stub since this is how the winners will be identified.
