Student Handbook - Volunteer Signup - Membership Form Get Involved, Stay Informed, Make Friends, Share Ideas We would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves and welcome you to our first D.S.A. meeting for the 2006-2007 school year. The Ditson School Association (DSA) is the PTO at the Ditson. Meetings are held monthly and we use the time to update,problem-solve, and brainstorm in a comfortable atmosphere. Mark your calendars and join us! You will have the opportunity to meet other parents and faculty members,find out what we do and how you can help. We have a lot of wonderful things planned for this school year and would love to hear some fresh ideas. The Ditson kids rely on us to make our programs and events possible. Come check out what we have planned so far! As a Ditson parent, you'll be thrilled to see how many terrific programs and events the DSA offers your child (ren). Also you'll be excited to see how many opportunities there are for parental involvement and input. Whether you have a few days a year or some time every week, there is a place for you and we encourage you to get involved! The Board has met over the summer and our goals for this year are to foster new ideas,continue to improve communication and increase family involvement. For updates check out the bulletin located outside the school office, the School News in the local newspaper, visit our website,attend monthly meetings and read the monthly calendar and newsletter (DSA related notices will be sent home in your child's folder on Tuesdays).
